McMullen Square Townhomes

 

ABOUT MCMULLEN SQUARE TOWNHOMES

Wilmington Housing Authority’s affiliate, the Delaware Affordable Housing Authority (DAHG), acquired land from the Wilmington Neighborhood Conservancy Land Bank (WNCLB) and will build 17 new townhomes in McMullen Square.

The 3-story townhomes will include 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath along with a covered deck and range from 1767 to 1982 square feet.  The townhomes will include both one and two car garage options and homebuyers will be able to customize their home amenities.  

McMullen Square townhomes are next to the North Wilmington Library and close to schools and local shops.  The goal of the project is to promote market-rate homeownership, especially with first-time homebuyers.  DAHG partnered with Architectural Alliance, Inc.  and The W Real Estate & Development Group, LLC on the project.
