Lincoln Towers

In 2011 WHA broke ground for the new Lincoln Towers, a state-of-the-art 88 unit affordable housing community for seniors. The facility replaces the former Lincoln Towers that was demolished by WHA in late 2010. A joint venture with the City of Wilmington will also create a new state-of-the-art neighborhood fire station operated by Wilmington's Fire Department. The building design incorporates high energy efficiency systems and materials, making it one of the premier "green" buildings in the City of Wilmington.
