Compton Towers is presently undergoing over $250,000 in upgrades to the lobby and first floor areas designed to make it a safer and more manageable property. Upgrades to security camera system, a new mailroom, renovated management offices and an upgraded community room and lobby will increase the security and livability of the 180 unit facility. An additional $1,000,000 in energy upgrades were installed in 2011 including new boilers.
