Public Notice: Homeless Initiative and Reoffender Re-entry Program
The Wilmington Housing Authority intends to implement a Homelessness Initiative and an Offender Re-Entry Program to assist in eradicating homelessness in the City of Wilmington. The Wilmington Housing Authority is required to amend the 2019 Annual Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy to include housing preferences for homeless Low Income Housing applicants and offender re-entry applicants.
