The role of the Human Resources department is to support Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) as it attracts, retains, and rewards a talented and diverse workforce to enable WHA division leadership to efficiently meet their organizations' objectives. The Human Resources department adds value to WHA by providing human resource management tools, building management infrastructure, promoting employee development, and managing transition and change. The Human Resources department consults and works in partnership with management, our primary customers, to solve people-related business issues.
