Development

The Department of Real Estate Development handles all real estate related authority tasks.  Specifically, we oversee all modernization/renovation construction jobs from procurement through completion.  We also deal with the sale, purchase and demolition/disposition of currently owned units and land.  Development also handles construction of new units usually through partnership with developer entities.
